Once again, I found myself surrounded by greatness on every level. This marked the third official award ceremony for my achievements, and I am truly thankful to GOD for every gift HE has given me. Remember, continue to encourage and inspire someone, you never know whose life you may change. Greater is coming my way.
Special Recognition: Mary Lee Crafter Ivey

I don't normally include individual pics of me with supporters on my webpage, but this supporter deserved special recognition. This is my great-great grandmother, Mrs. Mary Lee Crafter Ivey, who turned 101 years young on June 5th! She has experienced a lot at her age: she's buried a husband, 6 children, and 2 grandchildren. And, she's still in her right frame of mind. I can't begin to express how blessed my family and I are that we still have her here.

My second official church engagement was held on Sunday, June 07, 2015, at Salem Baptist Church on Highway 80. Thank you to Pastor Hope Smith for allowing me the opportunity to share my life's story, to Mrs. Cora Walker for inviting me, and to Minister Maurice Raines for breaking the ice and making me laugh. I was nervous, but I did it. :-)
